WINTHROP – UPSTAIRS REMODEL

Charlie and Jay were in desperate need to relocate their bedrooms upstairs, and keep the downstairs an entertaining and guest zone. We were initially consulted to convert the open upstairs space into a bedroom and ensuite, but with major plumbing and bulkhead works required, we consulted with the client to explain that the ROI (Return on investment) would be minimal at best, and that our recommendation would be to renovate the existing bathroom and convert the upstairs open area into a bedroom and giant Walk in robe.

As part of the scope of works for the upstairs remodel, was raising the floor level of the sunken lounge to be in keeping with the rest of the downstairs floor level. We were complete with our scope of works within 2 weeks, ready for owner to complete painting and Flooring.
